Monday — Lower Strength
Big compound lifts, foundational patterns, and accessory work that builds durable legs and hips.
This is our heaviest day — setting the tone for the entire week.

Tuesday — Engine Development
Pure conditioning: running, machines, pacing, threshold control. Long aerobic work.
You build the engine that carries you through everything else.

Wednesday — Upper Strength (Lower Body Reset)
Upper-body pressing, pulling, and shoulder health — giving the legs a break after Monday/Tuesday.
This protects your nervous system while still driving progress.

Thursday — Hybrid / HYROX Conditioning
Simple movement patterns paired with steady running and machines; gritty and repeatable.
This is where conditioning meets skill and flow.

Friday — Speed & Power (Lower)
Fast squats, fast hinges, jumps, and elastic work to develop speed-strength and athletic pop.
You move submaximal weight with maximal intent.

Saturday — Speed & Aesthetics (Upper + Mixed)
Fast pressing, sprints, upper aesthetics, and a short team finisher.
You leave the week strong, fast, and pumped.

Sunday — Rest / Zone 2
Recover, reset, stay durable.
This is where adaptation actually happens.
